Another New Year is upon us and many of you have probably started your New Year Resolution. As we continue to practice automatic writing, our focus conversation in our next workshop will be on your Resolution. The original meaning of Resolute is to Release. We will guide you into a meditation, followed by you writing down what your Resolution is. What are you releasing this year?
