I will teach you how to practice the art of listening through writing. You will be guided in this class to quiet yourself while writing freely and allowing yourself to write from your Soul.

In this workshop, you will practice receiving your gift while we take you into a meditation of accepting what is being given to you. The gift already exist inside you. Through writing, you will receive the gift your guides are giving you.

Automatic Writing is an effective practice to help you get into your core and retrieve the answers you are looking for. It will help you increase your intuition and lead you to further self-awareness.
