Automatic writing is an effective process of writing from your Soul.   You are a channel in your own way and you practice channeling according to your own natural abilities. 

You will be guided in this class to quiet yourself while writing freely and allowing the spirit inside you to manifest channeled insights into written words.  The answers to your question exists within you. You simply have to listen to them.
